ransai lakeshore estate

This residential estate was designed around an existing mango plantation and a steep site overlooking Ransai Lake. The project integrates multiple built volumes, terraces, and landscape systems to create a continuous relationship between architecture and terrain. The design responds to topography through split levels, connecting bridges, and outdoor courts, while incorporating passive strategies such as shaded verandahs, natural ventilation, and insulated roofs.
